What you'll do

As an Analyst focused on People Ops, we expect you to own the benefits compensation package. You should have amazing organization skills to keep track of every data, with the proper management of inflow/outflow. Apart from ensuring that everything is running, we also want to see you keep a disruptive mind, understanding that even what is good can and should be improved.


Manage every single benefit we offer for our Blue Caps, like health insurance, sports incentive, therapy, education stipend, food, beverage and home office allowance, and many more

Thorough understanding of Labor Laws

Critical thinking about your activities, mainly cost/benefit relation

Deal with brokers frequently, not only with our own ones but also with new ones to quote improvements and different attempts

Write and update the benefits policy, making sure we're compliant

Explain to our Blue Caps about the benefits whenever needed, and keep frequent internal communication with them, reminding everyone about what we offer and how they can take advantage of it


Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics

Intermediate (at the least) level of English

Knowledge in Excel

Easiness with numbers

Bonus Points

Basic programming level

Previous exposure to any HRIS/Payroll processor
