Marketing at TRACTIAN
The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.
What you'll do
As an Inbound Content Creator, you will combine marketing and social media management skills to enhance the company's social media presence in Latin America, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for blog posts, organic conversion, SEO, and online courses.
Trending topics analysis, content feed updating and maintenance (relevant and related to various content topics that are popular within the target audience)
Come up with strategies to maintain proper relationship with creators for amazing content and better engagement
Write clear, concise, and clean copy for Tractian.com while maintaining the tone of the brand.
Incorporate SEO keywords into copy for searchability
Monitor the creator engagement and retention strategy
Invite creators in and build up creators' communities
Provide creator's training aiming for original and attractive content
Be responsible for data analysis (CTR | Daily Active Users | Conversion rate | Retention rate) as well as competitor analysis.
2+ years of Copywriting experience
2+ years of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience
Excellent professional, technical, and creative writing skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, diverse culture across a broad spectrum of clients
Having already worked with technical content or Engineering fields
Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
