Operations at TRACTIAN

The Operations team is responsible for turning our IoT devices into reality. We strive to make the impossible possible and are deeply goal-oriented. We integrate hardware, production, quality, and supply and we're in charge of the whole manufacturing process of our hardware, from the purchase of components to the final adapting of our devices to meet strict international criteria.

What you'll do

As an Eletronics Technician, you will be responsible for building scalable production of sensors and understanding the needs of industrial clients. Your goal is to allow Tractian to provide machines online monitoring for every maintenance team in the world with a reliable and fast setup IoT.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for incremental improvements of our sensors for end customers

Being directly involved in the production line of our sensors

Manage demand and control component inventory, shipping schedule and intersection with the sales area

Final assembly of sensors and shipping to customers, i.e. soldering, sealing, testing

Requirements

Technical course in the electronics area

1+ years of experience in the area

Live or have availability to move to Sao Paulo

Bonus Points
