What you'll do
At Tractian we deeply value high-quality Customer Experience and view it as necessary to our success. As a Customer Onboarding Engineer, your goal is to perform the initial contact of our clients with our solutions. You are going to ensure that our customers are using what we offer to the fullest. Your end game is to make our clients happy and productive.
Responsibilities
Perform the Onboarding of our solutions to our customers
Partner with our customers strategically to ensure the use of our CMMS to its fullest, helping them see the software as an ally to their day-to-day responsibilities and a booster to their results.
Ensure that they comprehend how TracOS™ and its tools that exist to provide them with what they need to be the best in class
Confirm that they have no doubts about the proper use of our platform while maintaining availability in case they want to double-check any information
Nurture long-term and trust-based relationships with our customers, always keeping their best interests in mind
This is a demanding position with high internal visibility, that requires strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
Requirements
Graduate of a 4-year Engineering university
3+ years of previous experience with Factories or Engineering
2+ years of experience in Maintenance Routines (PCM Experience)
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Previous experience with CMMS
Previous experience with ERP system
Deep knowledge of our Product, since you will be in contact with customers daily
Strong communication and didactic skills

Familiarity with industrial machines solutions, such as temperature/vibration sensors or estimated energy consumption features
