The Product organization identifies and scopes out the most impactful opportunities for Tractian to tackle. Our Product team have a deep understanding of the business and are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams across the company around key decisions. They work most closely with the Engineering, Data and Design teams to set a well thought-out product strategy and define a roadmap that ensures Tractian's products continue to evolve for the benefit of our customers.

What you'll do

As an SAP ABAP Developer, you'll use your knowledge in implementing and maintaining SAP solutions to combine two main areas: Business and Technology. A typical day-to-day of yours includes, but is not limited to, adapting the Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) language to create Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) modules to follow customers' requirements. You should write reports for the whole application development procedure and also test the modules you create. And, as the necessary link within an organization, the ABAP developer is the one that simplifies the development of business applications within SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

Perform data integration from multiple data sources for a high volume of data

Review and propose appropriate updates to the development standards

Conduct design and code reviews

Ensure adherence to the established standards and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices

Understand thoroughly the business requirements and challenging requests to translate them into ABAP language

Work on SAP programs' continuous improvement

Requirements

Experience with SAP Environment and Programming (S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SRM, SAP Workbench, SAP-ABAP, ABAP-Objects, SAP-Dynpro / Web-Dynpro, FIORI / Eclipse, PI, iDoc);

Expertise in ABAP language

Strong object-orientation approach

Mandatory Fluent in English (will attend Interviews with Global Team), Spanish is a Plus

Prior experience developing in SAP modules (PP/MM/LE/SD/SRM/HCM)

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering. The equivalent of practical baggage is also accepted
