Marketing at TRACTIAN

The Design team is an extension of the Marketing team to tell the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

What you'll do

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will work with product and engineering teams to successfully communicate, evolve and execute a strong product design standard and framework that showcases Tractian as a leader in industrial innovation. You will grow and scale a robust and creative design organization that strives in collaboration and innovation. You are a crucial component of our company’s growth and product launches through your contributions on strategic direction, high visual standards and focus on user needs. You take on an owner’s mentality, taking pride in your work as well as your team’s work and view what you do as a part-owner and builder of Tractian.
