This is a 2 speed, 1 winding, variable torque, totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) three-phase motor designed for severe duty applications. It features a cast iron frame, end brackets, fan cover, and main conduit box, with a 1.15 service factor for continuous operation. The motor is self-certified for hazardous locations (Class I, Div. 2, Groups B, C, D) and includes Class F insulation, Class B temperature rise, and NEMA Design B torques. Additional features include a rotatable oversized main conduit box, bi-directional rotation, 1045 carbon steel shaft, aluminum die cast squirrel cage rotor, epoxy paint system, stainless steel nameplate and hardware, and automatic grease discharge fittings. Suitable for high efficiency and severe duty environments.
