The Dosing Pump (PC) is engineered for precise low-flow dosing applications, particularly in sludge dewatering and thickening processes. It injects barrier layers and conditioning agents into delivery pipework to reduce friction losses and system pressure. Featuring a gentle pumping action, it minimizes shear and crush damage to sensitive products. The pump is constructed with wetted parts in stainless steel, a HDPE suction chamber, and PVDF end cover and seal housing, ensuring chemical resistance and durability. Its robust drive options include direct-coupled or variable speed electric motors.
