This low voltage high thrust vertical hollow shaft motor is designed for demanding industrial applications requiring high thrust and reliable performance. Featuring a cast iron frame and end brackets, 1045 hollow carbon steel shaft, and aluminum die cast or copper alloy squirrel cage rotor construction, it is suitable for continuous operation on sine wave power and inverter duty per NEMA MG-1 Part 31. The motor includes a dual column design nameplate, space heaters, oversized main conduit box, and provisions for bearing RTDs. It is engineered for operation in 40°C ambient temperatures and up to 3300 ft. elevation, with a robust paint system for corrosion resistance. Ideal for vertical pump installations and other high thrust requirements.
