The Wet Pit Column Pump series (WCAX, YDD, WCA, WCB, WMCC, WMCE) is engineered for reliable, long-lasting performance in demanding water and wastewater applications. Featuring single suction, mixed flow impellers—both enclosed and semi-open—these pumps ensure efficient fluid movement with minimized turbulence. The robust cast construction includes a suction bell for smooth flow, a column and discharge elbow adaptable for above or below floor discharge, and a driver pedestal compatible with motor or right angle gear drives. Hardened alloy shaft sleeves and rigid bearings extend service life, while the stuffing box with graphite-impregnated PTFE packing reduces resistance and wear. Commonly used for circulating water, make-up water, process cooling, flood control, and wastewater management.
