By registering for and participating in the Tractian Maintenance Day 2025 event, the participant authorizes, free of charge, definitively and irrevocably, the capture, use, editing, reproduction, and disclosure of their image and voice, recorded during the event, by Tractian and its institutional partners.
Images, videos, and audio may be used for any institutional, promotional, or commercial purposes of Tractian, including but not limited to: recording and disclosure of the event and its future editions; general institutional materials; marketing campaigns; publications on social media, websites, applications, and other digital channels; graphic, printed, and electronic materials; internal or external reports and presentations.
Authorization is granted free of charge, without generating any right to compensation, charge, or indemnity, and without limitation of time or territory.
The use of images and voices will always be carried out with respect for the honor, reputation, and dignity of those involved, in accordance with current legislation.
