If a TRACTIAN customer refers a new customer, both can earn up to US$ 1,000* in rewards (*see FAQs below) after the nominee closes the deal and makes a purchase. By submitting a referral, you agree that you have permission to share the nominee's personal information.
Submit a referral via the "Refer Now" form. Simply provide your friend's name, contact information, and position, along with the company they work at. You'll also need to add your name and work email so we can update you throughout the referral process.
To be eligible for a referral bonus, you must be an existing TRACTIAN customer in good financial standing, you must be 18 years or older, and must accept the full Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
You must not be prohibited by your employer from receiving the referral bonus. Existing customers may not refer themselves or colleagues from the same company.
In order to qualify for the referral bonus, your friend or colleague cannot be from the same company as you. They also must work in one of the following sectors: Automobile & Auto Parts, Oil & Gas, Steel & Mining, Chemicals, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Electronics, Plastics, Glass & Raw Materials, Pulp & Paper, Machinery, Pharmaceuticals, Wood Products, or Biofuels & Energy.
Finally, to ensure a successful sale, the nominee must be in need of a condition monitoring and/or asset management solution to implement in their maintenance and reliability department.
Referral bonus amounts for both referrer and nominee will vary based on the dollar amount of TRACTIAN products purchased by the nominee when they first sign up for TRACTIAN (excluding taxes).
If the annual spend with TRACTIAN is less than US$30,000; the bonus will amount to US$500.
If the annual spend with TRACTIAN is greater than or equal to US$30,000; the bonus will amount to US$1,000.
Rewards are paid out to both the referrer and the nominee in the form of Amazon Gift Cards, through the Amazon Incentives program, redeemable towards the purchase of millions of eligible goods and services provided by Amazon.
Referring a colleague from other manufacturing plants from the same company may qualify for product-based rewards. You may fill in the form and submit your referral all the same, our team will reach out, and the bonus value will be converted into TRACTIAN products for both plants - referrer and nominee.
Rewards are only sent out after the initial 30-day period after the qualifying purchase.
Referrals are paid shortly after 30-days post purchase. Newly referred customers will receive their digital gift card(s) via email.
The TRACTIAN team will be in constant contact with you after referral submission. You will be notified via email if your referral has moved on to the next phase of our qualifying process and if/when they become a TRACTIAN customer.
