The Farm Duty Single Phase AC Motor is engineered for demanding agricultural and general-purpose applications requiring reliable single-phase power. Designed with a high-torque, definite purpose construction, this motor features capacitor start and induction run or permanent split capacitor run options, supporting a range of horsepower ratings. Its robust build includes a rolled steel or cast iron frame, 1045 carbon steel shaft, and an aluminum die-cast squirrel cage rotor. Additional features include manual reset overload protection, bi-directional rotation, double shielded bearings, and a corrosion-resistant paint system. Suitable for continuous operation in ambient temperatures up to 40°C and elevations up to 3300 ft, this motor is U.L. recognized and CSA approved.
