The High Thrust TEFC SS Low Voltage Motor is a three-phase, totally enclosed fan cooled motor engineered for vertical solid shaft applications requiring high thrust and reliable performance. Designed for use with partial winding start at 230V, it operates at 60 Hz with a 1.15 service factor and is inverter duty rated per NEMA MG-1 Part 31. The motor is CSA certified for hazardous locations (Class I, Div. 2, Groups B, C, D) and features a cast iron frame, end brackets, and a solid carbon steel shaft. It includes a fully gasketed, oversized main conduit box, space heaters, and non-sparking ball type NRR. Guide and thrust bearings are optimized for durability, with regreasable and oil-lubricated options depending on frame size. The motor is suitable for continuous operation in ambient temperatures up to 40°C and elevations up to 3300 ft, making it ideal for demanding industrial and pumping applications.
