Sulzer - Leakage Control Relay (CA 461)

The Leakage Control Relay (CA 461) is engineered for early detection of leaks in pumps and mixers. Designed for DIN-rail mounting, this unit features an amplifier housed in a standard enclosure and is available for either 24 VDC or 110-230 VAC supply. Its main function is to monitor leakage, providing a 10-second alarm delay and supporting a wide resistance range up to 100 kOhm. The device operates reliably in ambient temperatures from -20 to +50 °C and offers protection rated at IP20 (NEMA Type 1). Constructed with PPO housing and plug-in connectors, it is suitable for industrial environments requiring dependable leakage monitoring.
