The Oil Well Pump AC Motor is a three-phase, totally enclosed fan-cooled motor specifically designed for oil well pumping and other heavy-duty industrial applications. It features a cast iron frame, end brackets, and main conduit box for enhanced durability. The motor provides high starting torque with NEMA Design D characteristics and includes a 1.15 service factor for continuous operation. Key features include a rotatable oversized conduit box, bi-directional rotation, 1045 carbon steel shaft, and advanced bearing systems for various frame sizes. The motor is equipped with a temperature limiting switch for added safety and is suitable for use in harsh environments with ambient temperatures up to 40°C and elevations up to 3300 ft.
