The Open Drip Proof Global MAX WPI Motor is a three phase, medium voltage motor engineered for industrial applications requiring high reliability and performance. It offers a 1.15 service factor, Class F insulation, and NEMA Design B torques. Key features include platinum stator RTDs, space heaters, oversized and rotatable main conduit box, and a robust paint system for corrosion resistance. The motor is constructed with a 1045 carbon steel shaft, aluminum die cast or copper alloy squirrel cage rotor, and cast iron bearing caps. Designed for operation at 40°C ambient temperature and 3300 ft. elevation, it is suitable for inverter use and is CSA approved. The motor supports bi-directional or uni-directional rotation depending on frame size.
