The Reciprocating Gas Compressor (NG160 Series) is a single-stage, two-cylinder compressor engineered for oil and gas production, vapor recovery, and pressure boosting applications. Constructed with a ductile-iron head and cylinder, it offers superior durability and sealing performance. The NG160 Series supports flow rates up to 3,000 MSCFD and is compatible with both natural and sour gas (up to 8% H2S for NGS models). Key features include O-ring gaskets for reliable sealing, double-seal design for leakage control, and a full-size distance piece to prevent oil contamination. The compressor is suitable for wellhead vapor control, tank-battery vapor recovery, and other demanding industrial uses, with a maximum allowable working pressure of 350 psi.
