It features a 303 stainless steel gearbox output shaft, with frame, end shields, armature, and interior components protected by enamel and polyester compounds for resistance to moisture, acids, alkalies, and oil. The cast conduit box includes threaded holes and nitrile gaskets for water resistance, while all hardware is stainless steel and the unit is finished with a white epoxy coating for superior corrosion protection. The worm-type right-angle gearing uses a hardened steel worm and bronze worm wheel for durability and quiet operation.
