This single phase, totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) HVAC motor is designed for reliable operation in demanding heating, ventilation, and air conditioning applications. It features a capacitor start and run system, Class F insulation, and automatic reset overload protection. The motor is constructed with a rolled steel frame, cast aluminum terminal box, and a 1045 carbon steel shaft for durability. Its bi-directional rotation and aluminum die cast squirrel cage rotor ensure versatile performance. Additional features include a phenolic rust-proof base with lacquer top coat, double shielded bearings pre-packed with lithium base grease, and a stainless steel nameplate. Suitable for use at 40°C ambient temperature and up to 3300 ft. elevation, this motor is UL recognized for use in the United States and Canada.
