PSGDover - Sliding Vane Pump (TXV)

The Sliding Vane Pump (TXV) is engineered for the efficient handling of viscous and shear-sensitive fluids in demanding industrial applications such as transport delivery, fleet refueling, and bulk transfer of asphalts, greases, lube oils, resins, molasses, bunkered fuels, inks, and adhesives. Featuring external roller ball bearings that support the rotor from both sides, this pump ensures stable operation and extended seal life. Its open rotor design allows for easy flushing, while bronze vanes and FKM elastomers provide durability and chemical compatibility. The pump offers excellent self-priming and dry-run capabilities, with internal mechanical seals for continuous operation even with non-lubricating liquids. Constructed with a cast iron body and available with various connection and mounting options, the TXV pump is designed for long service life, reduced maintenance, and reliable performance in high-temperature and high-viscosity environments.
