This helical inline gearmotor features an all stainless steel construction for both the motor and reducer, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance in demanding environments. Designed with Class “F” insulation and a 1.15 service factor, it is inverter rated per NEMA MG1-Part 31.4.4.2. The 304 investment cast, electro-polished gear housing minimizes bacterial growth, making it suitable for food processing and washdown applications. AGMA Class 10 cut and ground helical gearing provides efficient power transmission, while the unit is factory-filled with SHC320 Mobil Cibus H1 food grade lubricant. The Sterli-Seal® washdown duty design includes a bronze pressure relief to prevent water ingress into the gear lubrication system.
