This helical inline gearmotor is constructed entirely from stainless steel, offering superior resistance to corrosion and contamination. It is equipped with Class “F” insulation, a 1.15 service factor, and is inverter rated per NEMA MG1-Part 31.4.4.2. The 304 investment cast, electro-polished gear housing is designed to reduce bacterial growth, making it ideal for food processing and sanitary applications. AGMA Class 10 cut and ground helical gearing ensures reliable and efficient operation. The gearmotor is factory-filled with SHC320 Mobil Cibus H1 food grade lubricant and features Sterli-Seal® washdown duty with a bronze pressure relief to prevent water intrusion into the gear lubrication.
