This helical inline gearmotor features an all stainless steel construction for both the motor and reducer, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and suitability for washdown environments. It is equipped with Class “F” insulation, a 1.15 service factor, and is inverter rated per NEMA MG1-Part 31.4.4.2. The 304 investment cast, electro-polished gear housing is designed to minimize bacterial growth, making it ideal for food processing and sanitary applications. The gearmotor utilizes AGMA Class 10 cut and ground helical gearing and is factory-filled with SHC320 Mobil Cibus H1 food grade lubricant. The Sterli-Seal® washdown duty system includes a bronze pressure relief to prevent water ingress into the gear lubrication system.
