This helical inline gearmotor is constructed entirely from stainless steel, providing excellent durability and resistance to corrosion in harsh or washdown environments. It features Class “F” insulation, a 1.15 service factor, and is inverter rated according to NEMA MG1-Part 31.4.4.2. The 304 investment cast, electro-polished gear housing helps reduce bacterial growth, making it suitable for food and beverage processing. The gearmotor includes AGMA Class 10 cut and ground helical gearing and is factory-filled with SHC320 Mobil Cibus H1 food grade lubricant. The Sterli-Seal® washdown duty system with bronze pressure relief ensures protection against water intrusion into the gear lubrication.
