This helical inline gearmotor is built with an all stainless steel motor and reducer, offering robust corrosion resistance and suitability for washdown environments. It features Class “F” insulation, a 1.15 service factor, and is inverter rated per NEMA MG1-Part 31.4.4.2. The 304 investment cast, electro-polished gear housing is designed to inhibit bacterial growth, making it ideal for food processing and sanitary operations. The gearmotor uses AGMA Class 10 cut and ground helical gearing and is factory-filled with SHC320 Mobil Cibus H1 food grade lubricant. The Sterli-Seal® washdown duty system includes a bronze pressure relief to prevent water from entering the gear lubrication system.
