The XLW Sliding Vane Pump is a robust, ductile-iron pump designed for handling liquids with suspended particles and challenging viscosities. Its unique sliding vane technology self-adjusts for wear, maintaining consistent flow rates and offering excellent self-priming and dry-run capabilities. The pump features replaceable casing, liners, and end discs, allowing for easy maintenance without removing the unit from the piping system. With an internal relief valve, external ball bearings isolated by mechanical seals, and symmetrical bearing support, the XLW pump ensures long service life and reliable operation. Common applications include oxide primers, solvent recovery, oil tank recirculation, enhanced oil recovery, and chemical transfer.
