Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement effective sales strategies tailored to enterprise-level clients to meet and exceed sales quotas.
New Business Development (Hunting): Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities within the enterprise segment, expanding Salesforce's client base.
Manage Key Accounts (Farming): Nurture and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers, understanding their needs and business objectives.
Challenge Selling: Leverage Tractian's product suite to propose tailored solutions that address specific customer challenges and opportunities.
Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales quotas, demonstrating effective sales performance and revenue generation.
Requirements
Extensive Sales Experience: At least 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in enterprise-level B2B sales or in a similar technology-driven industry.
Proven Track Record in Overachieving Quota: Demonstrable history of consistently exceeding sales targets, particularly in a quota-carrying sales role.
Industry Networking: Established network within the relevant industry sectors and the ability to leverage these connections effectively.
Advanced Negotiation and Closing Skills: Expertise in managing and closing complex sales cycles.

Deep Understanding of CRM and Cloud Technologies: Strong knowledge of CRM solutions, cloud-based technologies, and the broader SaaS landscape.
