What you'll do

As a Product Designer you will work closely with the Product Manager to translate the product vision and development for TracOS™, Platform and App fully designed to increase the efficiency of the entire maintenance operation that helps technicians, supervisors, managers and many others to operate and deliver more in their jobs.

Requirements

Be the bridge between our customers' needs and our product, translating these needs into high fidelity prototypes.

Utilize Figma to build a new feature listening to our customers' requirements but also offer intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Partner closely with the Product Manager to fully understand and contribute to our product's vision and strategic direction.

Design and implement feature development workflows, thereby enabling developers and engineers to effectively understand and build functionalities.

Conduct simultaneous tasks, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

4+ years experience as UX-UI Designer in software development industries.

2+ years experience in Figma

Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience building complex Prototypes in Figma

Flexibility to adapt to change and to thrive in a dynamic, autonomous and discourse-driven environment

Passion for building usable, delightful consumer products that innovate rather than imitate

Conviction to do the right thing for users, with a humbleness to listen and learn

Curiosity to know the competitive set and anticipate evolving consumer trends

Ability to intuitively understand Product needs

Bonus Points

Experience with web programming languages.

Background in B2B SaaS product design.

Experience implementing and documenting Design Systems.

Proficiency in dashboards and mobile workflows design.
