Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to implement, maintain, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
Participate in the review and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 guidelines.
Provide guidance to teams on QMS and compliance with ISO standards.
Collect and analyze quality-related performance data, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in conducting internal audits to assess QMS compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in third-party external audits to ensure QMS meets ISO 9001 requirements.
Collaborate with teams to identify risks and implement measures to mitigate quality issues.
Contribute to root cause analyses and assist in the implementation of corrective actions to resolve quality problems.
Prepare quality reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Stay updated on changes in ISO 9001 standards and other quality-related regulations.
Requirements
Education in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
ISO 9001 certification will be an advantage.
Solid experience in implementing, maintaining, and auditing Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and their practical application in organizational settings.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct root cause analyses.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to facilitate training sessions.
Ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams and interact with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and quality management software.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Bonus Points

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Knowledge of data acquisition for automating reports.
