We focus on expanding inside existing customers, crosselling to different products, and building even stronger relationships with our current accounts. Our Enterprise customers are comprised of Fortune 500 companies, such as Hyundai, Bosch, Unilever, Suzano, PepsiCo, and others. Every member of our team directly affects the results of our clients. As part of this team, you will be in contact with clients to understand their needs and help create solutions to improve their maintenance processes.


What you'll do

As an Industrial Project Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, planning, and monitoring the integration processes between our products and the systems used by our clients, including ERP platforms. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for post-implementation assistance, providing technical support and addressing any questions that may arise. Working closely with our integration team, you will be at the forefront of addressing daily demands, proposing enhancements, and ensuring the successful completion of activities.

Responsibilities

As the Lead responsible for defining the integration blueprint and overseeing the project's integration of other ERPs with TracOS, you will establish a schedule for delivering results within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.

You will manage relationships with both internal and external clients, keeping them informed about progress and addressing any challenges to manage expectations regarding all project requirements and outcomes.

Demonstrate proactive engagement by ensuring the implementation of appropriate planning measures with stakeholders to reassess and adjust the scope of requirements, budget, and timeline.

Oversee risk analysis, develop contingency plans, and identify triggering events, assigning responsibilities to initiate mitigation actions.

Define criteria for successful closure and ensure the acceptance and approval of all involved parties when this milestone is achieved.

Utilize customer feedback from various channels and the delivery organization to develop future-oriented customer service strategies.

Conduct meetings until the go-live, ensuring that the project is delivered as planned.

Take charge of support meetings, leading the integration team in reallocating unforeseen activities or those requiring correction.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with ERP maintenance system integration projects

2+ years of experience with maintenance SAP integration;

3+ years of experience with project documentation and proceduralization;

3+ years of experience with customer relationship.

Bonus Points

Previous experience with data integration.

Worked with Enterprise customers before.

Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.
