Tractian raises $130 million to keep downtime out of the news

Tractian has raised a $130 million Series D, valuing the company at $1.4 billion, to scale Physical AI for asset-heavy industries worldwide. The round is led by Sapphire Ventures and co-led by M&G’s Catalyst, with participation from Next47, General Catalyst, Bosch Ventures, Fifty Three Stations, Monashees and Y Combinator. The capital scales its multimodal intelligence, giving industrial teams a better way to increase uptime, reduce costs and mitigate risk. One headline today, so thousands of outages never become one.
