This spring, Inc. recognized Tractian on its 2026 Regionals: Southeast list, one of the most competitive rankings of privately held companies in America, measured by regional revenue growth. Out of thousands of eligible companies, only 950 made the cut nationwide. Tractian ranked #13 in the Southeast.
The ranking reflects years of work inside plants, alongside maintenance teams, and on production lines where downtime isn't a small inconvenience, it's a crisis. That's the environment Tractian was built for, and it's where this growth comes from.
Built for the Shop Floor, Proven at Scale
Maintenance teams catching failures before they happen. Production managers with real-time visibility into their lines. Technicians with tools that make their expertise sharper. That's what's behind the numbers.
The Southeast is home to some of the most demanding industrial operations in the country. Together, the companies on this year's list generated 12,079 jobs and posted a median growth rate of 89 percent between 2022 and 2024. Tractian grew alongside them and in many cases, helped make that growth possible.
"Every plant we work with is dealing with the same pressure: do more, with fewer people, and don't let anything stop. That's not a new problem, but it's getting harder to ignore. We built Tractian because the tools that existed weren't built for the people actually doing the work. This ranking tells us the approach is right. The work tells us there's still a lot more to do." — Igor Marinelli, Founder & CEO of Tractian
More about Inc. and the Inc. Regionals
Methodology
The Inc. Regionals lists are ranked according to percentage revenue growth over two years. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies — as of December 31, 2024. The minimum revenue required for 2022 is $100,000; the minimum for 2024 is $1 million.
