What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting the best technical talent in the industry. You will focus on sourcing candidates with specialized technical skills and experience to meet our clients' high standards. Your expertise in technical recruitment will enable you to assess candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit effectively.

Responsibilities

Conduct targeted searches to identify top technical talent in software development, data science, engineering, and other tech disciplines.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to build a robust talent pipeline.

Perform detailed technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

+4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing high-caliber technical talent.

Strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for each.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade top candidates.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Bonus Points

Experience in recruiting for fast-paced and fast-growing SaaS or HaaS companies.

Proven ability to recruit for senior-level and specialized technical roles.
