What you'll do

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Tech Division, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles within the organization. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top technical talent.

Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry contacts.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient onboarding.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.

+4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an in-house talent acquisition team.

Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for each position.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Bonus Points

Experience in recruiting for fast-paced and fast-growing SaaS or HaaS companies.

Proven ability to recruit for senior-level and specialized technical roles.
