What does it take to be a Finance Blue Cap?

Extreme attention to detail. Your daily life will be made up of numbers in many different facets and contexts. They will help guide decision making, so they must be correct.

Analytical thinking. Data is very rich if you know what to do with it. We expect you to pull data from many different sources and, more importantly, know how to act with that information.

Constant dissatisfaction. While already have many things created and done, we expect the initiative to constantly challenge the status quo and bring new solutions to processes we already run.

Demand management. We have a lot going on at the same time, but this can't stop any deadline from being met.
